We then fill them with Gumnut custard and finish off with fondant icing and a glacè cherry.

Our Stone Fruit Danish are seasonal, they consist of delicate layers
of flaky pastry made with real butter, then rolled and shaped by hand
the traditional way. We then fill with custard and topped with a piece of stone fruit,
Blood Peach, Yellow Peach & Apricots

Our Sour Cherry Danish are delicate layers of flaky pastry
made with real butter, then rolled and shaped by hand the traditional way.
Filled with Gumnut custard and topped with Sour Cherries and glazed.
PEAR & ALMOND DANISH
Our Pear & Almond Danish are delicate layers of flaky pastry
made with real butter, then rolled and shaped by hand the traditional way.
We then fill with a handmade almond cream and top with pears, baked,
glazed and drizzled with white icing.
SULTANA SNAIL DANISH
Our Sultana Snail Danish are delicate layers of flaky pastry
made with real butter, then rolled and shaped by hand the traditional way.
We then fill with custard, sultanas, currants then baked, glazed and drizzled with white icing.
APPLE DANISH
Our Apple Danish are delicate layers of flaky pastry
made with real butter, then folded and shaped by hand the traditional way.
We then fill with diced apple and a hint of cinnamon, then baked and glazed.
