Description

Gumnut handmade chocolate short crust pastry base filled with our salted caramel buttercream and topped with our dark chocolate ganache. Decorated with a crown of chocolate and salted caramel crispy balls.

Our Salted Caramel Tart won Champion Pastry at the 2017 Sydney Royal Easter Fine Food Show.

This is definitely a decadent individual tart for the chocolate lover.
