Salted Caramel Tart

Description

A real chocolate short crust base filled with a salted caramel buttercream
topped with a dark chocolate ganache, decorated with a crown of chocolate
and salted caramel crispy balls. This is definitely the Tart
for the chocolate lover.

Our Salted Caramel Tart won Champion Pastry in 2017 at the
Sydney Royal Easter Fine Food Show.
