Passionfruit Chaboust

Description

A lovely crunchy Breton Shortbread topped with a passionfruit brulee
and finished with a vanilla chaboust, which is fresh cream patisserie
folded through meringue, very light and fluffy.

Our Passionfruit Chaboust won Champion Pastry in 2009 at the
Sydney Royal Easter Fine Food Show.

We would encourage you to pick up your order from our Mittagong store, the queues in Bowral can be quite long in our busy periods and on weekends. We have convenient parking and greater access for customers at our Mittagong store.
