We buy only the best quality meat and support our local butcher and have continued to do this since the day we started.

The pie is topped with our butter puff pastry to hold all that yummy flavour in.

A Gumnut short crust pastry base with a filling of hand diced beef and minced beef, topped with a combination of our creamy mash potato made with oodles of fresh butter & cream then seasoned to perfection. The creamy mash is hand piped on top in a big swirl, then topped with tasty cheese.

CHICKEN & LEEK PIES

You can't beat our award winning Chicken & Leek pies, they are so delicious. 

Made with Gumnut real butter puff pastry on top and a savoury short crust pastry on the bottom, which holds in all that incredible flavour of sautéed leek and chicken in a creamy béchamel sauce.

EDEN PIES

This Gumnut creation are the best pies ever, no wonder they win so many awards. 

We braise the beef overnight in a specialty beer created just for us by EDEN Brewery who are based across the road from our commercial kitchen. Thanks EDEN Brewery, you guys are amazing.

The braised beef is pulled apart and added to our incredible handmade Gumnut Smokey BBQ sauce, along with a variety of seasonal vegetables and then scooped into a savoury short crust pastry base and topped with our handmade butter puff pastry.
